Description

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement daily weekly and periodic sanitation schedules.
Lead and supervise a team of sanitation technicians.
Provide training guidance and performance feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ensure that cleaning chemicals and methods are used effectively and safely.
Conduct regular inspections to verify the cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment.
Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and chemicals.
Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations company policies and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities including cleaning schedules checklists and corrective actions.
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance sanitation practices.
Provide ongoing training to sanitation team members on proper cleaning techniques safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that team members are well-informed and up to date on sanitation best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

4 or more years of experience as Sanitation Lead.

Requirements

Preferred Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sanitation or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sanitation roles with leadership responsibilities.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures chemicals and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bilingual preferred
