Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily weekly and periodic sanitation schedules.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sanitation technicians.
  • Provide training guidance and performance feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure that cleaning chemicals and methods are used effectively and safely.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify the cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment.
  • Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and chemicals.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities including cleaning schedules checklists and corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance sanitation practices.
  • Provide ongoing training to sanitation team members on proper cleaning techniques safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that team members are well-informed and up to date on sanitation best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

4 or more years of experience as Sanitation Lead.

Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sanitation or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sanitation roles with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures chemicals and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual preferred
