Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team providing comprehensive radiation oncology services at our Bridgeport and Fairfield locations. About the Program:

The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute in the Fairfield Region is a proud Care Partner of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center providing access to world-class expertise innovative treatment protocols and a shared commitment to advancing cancer care across the region.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team including medical oncologists surgeons radiation therapists physicists and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Oversee simulation contouring treatment planning and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards.

Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes.

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences.

Contribute to departmental quality assurance safety initiatives and process improvement activities.

Engage in education mentorship and potential clinical research in alignment with Hartford HealthCares academic and community mission.

Maintain compliance with regulatory safety and quality standards.
