What will you do

  • Collect and share client feedback to improve services

  • Develop account strategies aligned with client/business goals

  • Manage client issues and ensure timely resolutions

  • Build strong client and internal relationships

  • Research client goals and market trends

  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities

  • Present tailored advertising solutions

  • Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships

  • Stay informed about digital advertising trends and tools

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts

  • Share client insights and campaign results

  • Achieve revenue and performance targets

Candidate profile

  • High school diploma required

  • Fluent in Italian and good level of English

  • 2 years in telesales inside sales or outbound sales

  • Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads

  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce or Dynamics 365) preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Organized goal-driven and able to multitask
