What will you do
Collect and share client feedback to improve services
Develop account strategies aligned with client/business goals
Manage client issues and ensure timely resolutions
Build strong client and internal relationships
Research client goals and market trends
Identify growth and optimization opportunities
Present tailored advertising solutions
Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships
Stay informed about digital advertising trends and tools
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
Share client insights and campaign results
Achieve revenue and performance targets
Candidate profile
High school diploma required
Fluent in Italian and good level of English
2 years in telesales inside sales or outbound sales
Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads
CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce or Dynamics 365) preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Organized goal-driven and able to multitask
