About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communities a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation is actively seeking professional dependable candidates for a full-time GROUNDSKEEPER position at one of our upscale apartment communities in Eastvale Ca - Homecoming at Eastvale.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
Property & grounds cleaning various custodial/janitorial duties and most importantly a warm and personable customer-service enthusiasm.
Additional requirements for this role:
- You must be able to work on the weekends!
- A Valid drivers license is preferred.
- Background-check and drug-screen will also be required.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Days off for this position are Sunday and Monday.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage of$21.50/ per hour a variety of medical/dental benefits a 401k savings plan with company match insurance vision plan and other discounts.
