Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. supervisory administrative &/or managerial position.

• Act for administrator by responding to inquiries from Managed Care Plans other state agencies or advocacy organizations related to bureau projects (e.g. health outcomes improvement; healthcare research) programs and meetings
• Develop quality performance measures for bureau health services projects
• Manage timely updates of bureau milestones using bureaus assignment tracker
• Develop tracking and quality assurance sign-off system to manage bureaus external communications
• Ensure incoming and outgoing vendor reports are accurately and timely routed to appropriate bureau staff
• Conduct staff meetings on bureau projects to assess progress resource allocation and document organization
• Serve as a resource to bureau staff

Preferred qualifications include expert skill level in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint with experience in a virtual business communication platform such as Microsoft Teams.
