Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage master planning material processes and systems
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and Key Performance Indicators
• Optimize inventory and process improvements
• Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance
• Provides informal guidance to new team members
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a production control supervisor and/or planning role)
• At least an additional 3 years of experience in a production control supervisor and/or planning role
