Summary/Objective
The Facilities and Events Co-op is a hands-on role which assists with a wide variety of operational functions including the efficient running of our Rochester office on a day-to-day basis. The coordinator will understand the personalities of team members and help to support a cohesive team atmosphere through a deep understanding of Security Risk Advisors mission vision and services.
RequirementsEssential Functions

- Support event planning for events and special projects.
- Receive mail; scan file and distribute documents.
- Unpack organize and restock office supplies including snacks and beverages.
- Ensure that office kitchen and workspaces are tidy and properly maintained and that furniture and equipment are in good condition.
- Plan and coordinate AV support refreshments room scheduling room setup and attendee communications for larger meetings trainings and events.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the broader business operations group.

- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies

- Intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint; experience with Outlook Excel Confluence or SharePoint a plus
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Flexibility with shifting deadlines schedules and appointments
