Digital Program Manager – Process Automation & AI Data Platform (mfd)

As Digital Program Manager (m/f/d) you will drive ib vogts digital transformation in process automation and AI/data platform development. Youll manage the digital project portfolio enable agile delivery teams and ensure that automation and data initiatives create measurable business value across the organization.

• Lead the portfolio and roadmap for automation data and AI initiatives
• Support and coach agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban) ensuring efficient and transparent delivery
• Translate business needs into actionable backlogs and prioritize work for maximum value
• Oversee process automation projects (e.g. Power Platform UiPath AI Tools) from use-case identification to implementation
• Drive the development of the data & AI platform as a basis for our Digital Twin (Azure Data Lake Power BI Synapse etc.) ensuring data quality and governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders IT and data teams to ensure alignment and adoption
• Report progress KPIs and value realization to leadership

Qualifications :

• 7 years experience in digital transformation program or portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery
• Hands-on experience in automation (RPA Power Automate) and data/AI platforms (Azure Power BI Synapse)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
• Certifications such as Scrum Master PMP PRINCE2 or Azure/AI are advantageous
