As a Technical Writer you will:
- Produce clear high-quality documentation for information systems.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
- Keep documentation accurate accessible and aligned with product development timelines.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to define and deliver documentation needs.
- Organize and maintain knowledge assets ensuring compliance with internal standards and ITIL practices.
- Design and deliver engaging online and on-site training sessions keeping materials up to date with EC standards.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Experience of at least 2 years as a Technical Writer or Training Specialist.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure information logically (user guides FAQs API docs etc.).
- Attention to detail ensuring consistency accuracy and adherence to style standards.
- Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence SharePoint Git Markdown XML/DITA).
- Skills in designing engaging learning materials and delivering effective in-person or virtual training sessions.
- Understanding of ITIL principles; ITIL4 Foundation Certification is an asset.
- Experience in European institutions or international environments is considered an advantage.
