Job Summary

Were seeking a Senior / Lead Transmission Lines Engineer with extensive expertise in transmission line design and delivery to join our Perth team. Youll lead technical work on high-voltage infrastructure and renewable projects mentor junior engineers and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
Working closely with key clients broader Energy business and our multi-disciplinary teams you will:
- Lead the design and engineering of overhead transmission lines (up to 500kV)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of transmission line standards andconstruction practices
- Manage risk quality and compliance across all phases of transmission projects
- Perform QA reviews for work completed by peers
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers in the team
- Drive innovation and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Establish and strengthen client relationships
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree in electrical civil or structural engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering consultancy or utility environment
- Advanced skills in PLS-CADD suite including PLS-POLE and PLS-TOWER
- Extensive experience in overhead line design and industry practices
- Experience in application of multidisciplinary standards relevant to Transmission Line design
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
