Eurofins Environmental Testing Southwest is searching for a SUMMA Canister Laboratory Technician I in Tustin CA

Laboratory Technician I responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and complete air sampling equipment supply orders for delivery or pickup according to order schedule (load pack wrap label ship)
• Document and implement testing procedures verify flow rates of equipment leak checking SUMMA canisters
• Enter and track asset information into the LIMS system
• Observe and follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Support and encourage continuous improvement of the companys processes including safety program and quality management system
• Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate safety equipment
• Communicate and coordinate orders with the project management team for on time delivery
• Maintain a clean safe and organized working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• HS diploma or equivalent experience or education with emphasis on science courses required.
• Attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement including the ability to read write and speak in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
• Ability to work within time constraints

Additional Information :

Compensation range: $18 - $22 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Position is Full-time Tuesday - Saturday 11AM - 8PM shift with overtime as needed.
