Job Summary
- Complete prep-work layout fabrication installation repairs and maintenance of tile marble granite and various natural stone and manmade tile materials in floor mosaic wall partition counter and vanity top applications.
- Complete prep-work layout installation repairs and replacement of commercial carpet including but not limited to Wilton Axminister and Action Back.
- Complete prep-work layout installation repairs and maintenance of decorative pavers.
- Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
Qualifications :
- The Engineer - Carpet & Tile must have a minimum of 5 years Journeyman experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a 4-year accredited apprenticeship program.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to read understand and work from blueprints drawings and sketches.
- Must be proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools safety and protective equipment.
- Must be able to immediately respond to all emergency situations and calls.
