Position Description:
The Performance Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing duties of a confidential and non-confidential nature assures the smooth and efficient operation of the office of the Executive Director of Performance Management assists with the administrative duties to such an extent that the Executive Director of Performance Management may devote maximum attention to the central issues of employee conduct and employee recruitment.

Scope of Responsibility:
- PrioritizesscreensanddistributesalltelephonecallsandincomingfortheExecutiveDirectorofPerformance
- Processes all correspondences letters reports and other confidential data for the Executive Director and Support PerformanceandAccountability
- ProvidesassistanceasneededinallfunctionsofthePerformanceManagement
- WorkscollaborativelywithPerformanceManagementteamtosupportthegoalsoftheExecutiveDirectorofPerformance
- Maintainsdatabasesrelativetoperformancemanagement
- MaintainsascheduleofappointmentsandmakesarrangementsforconferencesandmeetingsfortheExecutive
- Schedulesemploymentconferencesandcoordinatesthescheduleofallparties
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality in Human Resources matters of employee conduct.
- Manages the room assignment for Employment Hearings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Performance Management or the Director of Support Performance and Professional Accountability and/or the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Skills and Qualifications:
We seek detail-oriented independent and/or possess:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of progressively increasing clerical experience
- Strongcommunicationskillsinmultiplesettingsandtheabilitytobeanengagingchangeagentandculture-creatorthatcaninspireand
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and
- Excellent customer service skills when dealing with the
- High degree of organization and self-motivation to prioritize a multitude of tasks on a daily
- High degree of professionalism with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently demonstrating sound judgment and disciplined
- Experience in producing letters memos charts and tables using Microsoft Word Access Excel PowerPoint and
- Ability to compose send and receive e-mails using industry standard e-mail package.
- Experience in utilizing database management programs designated by the JPS to complete and maintain employee
Desirable Qualifications:
- Computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in general office work or public relations work.
Physical Involvement:
Sitting is required most of each work day. Must be able to operate office equipment. Standing walking reaching bending and lifting up to 30 pounds is sometimes required. Must possess mobility skills necessary to access a variety of work areas.
