All Year Cooling and Plumbing is searching for a full-time Carpenter/Handyman to join our Coral Springs team for a year-round position working 40 hours per week for residential and light commercial construction and repair services. Job Duties

Provide carpentry solutions and designs to improve the customers home or business.
Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and follow up promptly to customer inquiries.
Develop and maintain a customer base with referrals
Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field

Qualifications

Technically knowledgeable in carpentry framing finishing plumbing electrical basics drywall flooring and general home repairs.
At least 3 years of trade experience in residential and commercial construction renovation or handyman services.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Able to pass background check
Skill equivalent to that acquired through completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or trade school preferred
Ability to climb operate and work from ladders and scaffolding
Possess strong analytical and mechanical aptitude
Comfortable to work without supervision
Must own and be able to properly operate hand tools power tools measuring devices saws drills etc.
Read blueprints and construction drawings
Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting carrying and hauling materials up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Dedicated individual with good attitude ready to solve problems
Availability 6 days a week/ nights/ weekends as needed
