The role:
Were looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to make our go-to-market engine faster smarter and more scalable. Youll own the tools data and processes that keep the sales organization running efficiently - ensuring reps spend more time selling and less time chasing information.
As a strategic partner to the Director of Business Development youll drive insights automation and best practices across the full sales cycle
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Excellence
- Manage pipeline hygiene dashboard creation reporting and lead routing.
- Ensure clean data and maximize CRM adoption.
- Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Improve cross-functional workflows between marketing sales and product.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks pricing tools and outreach templates.
- Partner with marketing on decks case studies and vertical-specific collateral.
- Track rep productivity deal velocity and campaign ROI.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Drive adoption of tools like Salesforce Apollo and more.
- Evaluate and implement new systems that improve efficiency or accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience: 35 years in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or Enablement within a high-growth environment.
Technical Fluency: Strong command of Salesforce Excel/Google Sheets and CRM automation; familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
Mindset: Analytical and proactive - thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
Communication: Clear structured and collaborative; able to bridge sales marketing and leadership needs.
