Job Summary

  • Oversee the full tender process from initial invitation through to final award ensuring coordination across all phases with technical leads to ensure the completion of bid deliverables.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to embed a winning strategy and foster a commitment to excellence in all tender submissions.
  • Coordinate and refine technical contributions crafting detailed methodologies alongside specialist teams to enhance bid quality.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of all tender documentation including Expressions of Interest (EOI) Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and final submissions ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Work closely with the business development team to consolidate essential data and documentation streamlining the bid preparation process.
  • Manage and enhance tender materials and resources adopting a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Champion the companys brand and values ensuring they are prominently represented in all tender activities and communications.
  • Promote the brand and way of working in everything we do.

Qualifications :

  • Proven background in bid administration business development or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a track record of managing complex projects efficiently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in utilising client management systems effectively.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within dynamic team settings.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ensuring clear and persuasive bid submissions.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East region is beneficial providing valuable insights into regional market dynamics.

Additional Information :

  • Oversee the entire tender lifecycle from initial receipt to final award leading the creation and refinement of key documents such as EOIs PQQs and submissions while collaborating with technical teams to ensure all materials meet compliance standards and embody excellence.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to integrate a winning strategy ensuring excellence in every submission while actively managing and promoting the companys brand and values across all tender-related activities.
  • Leverage a proven background in bid administration or business development utilising strong organisational skills and expertise in Microsoft Office and client management systems to enhance communication efficiency with knowledge of the Middle East market providing valuable regional insights.
