IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Analyst to join our Group IT team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects from complex system implementations to business process transformations supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across diverse projects ensuring clarity and alignment from concept to delivery.
• Elicit document and validate business and technical requirements through workshops interviews and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories process flows and technical specifications that drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure system design meets business objectives.
• Support testing activities including planning execution and defect resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements based on KPIs and user feedback.
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic IT direction.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams fostering clear communication and mutual understanding.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience delivering business analysis across both technical (e.g. system integrations data platforms cloud migrations) and functional (e.g. process redesign compliance) projects
• Strong understanding of business process analysis frameworks methodologies and tools (e.g. BPMN Visio ADO DevOps Etc.)
• Experience working in Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with data analysis APIs system architecture and enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP CRM BI tools)
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Commercial awareness and a track record of supporting value realization and ROI measurement
