About the Role

We invite you to join our dynamic team if you are a Core Proficient or Advance/Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner in roles specifically created for individuals with 12 months to 24 months through to senior clinicians (5 years experience) who are looking for a role with a Provider with a Difference.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate client progress adjusting interventions as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.

Requirements

Registration as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner

Preferable degree in related medical or Allied Health field

At least 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.

Preferable: Therapists with at least 5 years experience is our norm but if you have the right passion and attitude you could be the perfect fit

Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA SPA ESSA).

Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Current drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
