About the Role
As a Jr. Draftsperson youll work closely with our Lead Draftsperson and team to prepare high-quality drawings and technical documentation for fabrication and production. This role is ideal for someone early in their drafting career whos eager to learn grow and gain hands-on experience with custom energy and manufacturing projects.

What Youll Do

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D drawings from sketches mark-ups or models using SolidWorks.

• Maintain and update drawing sets and documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure drawings are accurate and fabrication-ready.

• Support shop floor teams by updating drawings and resolving design issues under supervision.

• Learn and apply drafting standards software techniques and quality control processes.

• Participate in maintaining a safe organized and collaborative work environment.

What You Bring

• 03 years of experience in drafting design or a related technical field.

• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Drafting Engineering Design or Mechanical Technology.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks is required; experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software is an asset.

• Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow direction manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.

• Valid drivers license.

• Preference will be given to candidates based in the Casper area.
