Job Summary
We are actively recruiting a full-time Facility Engineer who will play a vital role in the meticulous upkeep of buildings grounds and equipment across all facilities. This role oversees holistic maintenance of buildings grounds and equipment including noncritical medical and kitchen equipment. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing lighting electrical systems air handlers boilers and DNI Water Tanks. Manages furniture installation painting wall repairs and flooring replacements. Handles grounds maintenance biohazard disposal trash collection and equipment inspections.
WORK SCHEDULE
Five (8) hour shifts per week Monday-Friday from 11:00AM-7:30PM.
On-Call on a rotating basis with on-call pay.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three plus years of general maintenance experience in a medical facility preferred.
- Competent in building systems used by the organization or willing to obtain the necessary training.
- Valid drivers license required or able to obtain upon hire.
- Friends and Family CPR; can be obtained upon hire.
