Key Responsibilities:
- Assist agents with new applications renewals and client follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to manage ongoing cases.
- Maintain and organize client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare documents reports and correspondence for management.
- Provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.
- Follow up on pending policies and ensure timely processing.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of life insurance experience required.
- Prior administrative or client service experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM or insurance software preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a female office environment.
