Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a pediatric therapy setting located in Sioux Falls South Dakota. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services to help young patients improve mobility strength and overall physical function while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility and coordination.
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and therapy goals.
Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with facility policies documentation standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

License: Active South Dakota Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of recent pediatric therapy experience required.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication patient engagement and teamwork abilities.
