At team Customer Integration Workflow (CIW) we are at the start of the SO chain where we check and prepare the customer product before passing it on to the other parts of SO. Our responsibility is to make sure we can run the customer product by checking if the customer contracts are available and valid whether we have the means to monitor a customer in the grid and to configure other components accordingly. Our users are our internal Operations team as well as of course the customers with a congestion management contract.

Develop backend services in Java 21 and Kotlin (Spring) exposing REST APIs.
Work with PostgreSQL and AWS DocumentDB for data storage.
Build Angular frontends using OpenAPI clients and ngRx for state management.
Use GitHub and Tekton for CI/CD; follow GitOps practices.
Deploy Docker containers to Kubernetes via ArgoCD.
Monitor systems with Elastic and Kibana.
Code in IntelliJ run locally with Docker Desktop.
Maintain code quality with Sonar and manage dependencies with Dependabot.
