Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Heres What You Need:
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Experience
3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of equipment and utilities systems required.
Healthcare environment preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
DL - Drivers License Valid Class C Drivers License Upon Hire required.
Skills:
Must have good written and verbal skills to read blueprints work orders and interact with staff tenants contractors and others.
Able to use hand tools electrical tools and others with little supervision.
Requires the ability to travel climb stairs and ladders to access equipment; pushing pulling liftingstretching reaching bending kneeling crouching stooping and standing in difficult positions in crowded quarters to make inspections and observe equipment displays and dials.
What You Will Do:
Maintain the efficient operation of the facility by:
o Identify equipment operational and maintenance needs.
o Implement preventive maintenance program for plant equipment machinery and related facilities.
o Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept.
o Maintain plant safety features.
o Perform major repair on machinery and to the facility including HVAC plumbing electrical systems carpentry and mechanical equipment.
o Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
o Ability to perform rotating on call duties as scheduled.
Perform routine mechanical electrical or machining maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication inspection replacement of parts and related plant work activities.
Utilize the CMMS to keep accurate computerized records of activities time and materials required keeps accurate reports of equipment maintenance and performance.
Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs educational opportunities and related training.
