Job Description
Job Title: Lacquer Sprayer
Location: NN4 Northampton
Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM 2:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lacquer Sprayer to join our production team in NN4 Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying lacquer finishes to a high standard on a range of components ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and materials for spraying (sanding cleaning masking etc.)
- Mix and apply lacquer finishes using appropriate spraying equipment
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes to meet company quality standards
- Carry out touch-ups and corrections as required
- Maintain spray booths and equipment in clean safe working condition
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work to production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lacquer spraying or a similar finishing role
- Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
