Job Summary

Job Title: Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor Dutch & English Speaker

Location: Athens Greece (On-site with Remote Option)

Start Date: 26 December 2025

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and eager to join an international team in a dynamic customer-oriented environment We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our Athens-based customer support center assisting travelers from around the world while ensuring every interaction reflects excellence empathy and professionalism.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Travel Advisor you will represent one of the worlds most recognizable travel platforms. Youll respond to customer inquiries by phone and email manage bookings resolve issues and provide accurate travel assistance. Youll document all interactions in the internal database analyze customer needs and follow established procedures for troubleshooting and escalation when necessaryall while maintaining a friendly proactive approach to service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer empathy.
  • Experience in customer service hospitality or travel is an advantage.
  • Possession of EU nationality or a valid Greek work permit.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating schedules.

Contract & Working Conditions

  • Type: Permanent full-time contract.
  • Salary: 1500 gross x 14 salaries per year.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 5 days/week).
  • Schedule:
    • MondayFriday: 10:0018:30
    • SaturdaySunday: 11:0019:30
  • Location: Athens (on-site).
  • Remote Work Option: Available upon management approval if a remote request is formally submitted before 12 December 2025.

Relocation Support (for Candidates Moving from Abroad)

  • 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel near the office.
  • Up to 300 relocation reimbursement paid with the first salary.
  • Support with legal and administrative hiring documents (candidates must provide required paperwork).
  • Candidates must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete documentation.
  • Minimum 3 months on-site work required before remote eligibility (unless already residing in Greece with own housing and internet access).

Not included:

  • Flight tickets (reimbursement up to 300 gross with the first salary).
  • Airport pickup or transport from the airport to accommodation.
  • Additional accommodation or real estate support after the first 3 weeks.
  • Local Greek residents are not entitled to relocation assistance (assessed individually if needed).
