Your Mission

As a Technical Project Manager you will drive high-impact aerospace composite projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders ensure timelines & budgets are met and act as a key technical interface for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical customer projects from initiation to delivery

• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering production quality & customers

• Monitor timelines risks resourcing & budgets

• Support technical reviews & drive process improvements

• Represent project status and updates to internal leadership and customers

• Engage in occasional international travel for partner & customer visits (30%)

What You Bring

Must-Have

• 3 years experience in technical project management

• Background in mechanical or industrial engineering (./.)

• Solid understanding of risk & budget management

• Familiarity with project management tools

• German C1C2 & English C1C2

• Hands-on mentality strong ownership & communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in aerospace automotive composites or advanced manufacturing

• French language skills (plus not required)

• Team size: 1 colleague working student

• Reporting to: Head of Project Management

• Close collaboration with Engineering Production HR & Marketing
