South Coast Baptist College is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified candidate as the Head of Primary in 2026.
South Coast Baptist College is an independent co-educational school that serves families in the southern metropolitan regions of Perth and beyond by providing inspired innovative and exemplary Christian education that is committed to empowering our students to reach for their purpose.
The Role
The Head of Primary supports the vision and strategic direction of the College by ensuring the delivery of an outstanding Christ-centered Primary education to its students through excellence in curriculum and pastoral support.
In fulfilling this role the Head of Primary is supported by three Deputy Heads of Primary:
- Deputy Head of Primary (K-2)
- Deputy Head of Primary (3-6)
- Deputy Head of Primary - Student Wellbeing
The successful candidate will be a committed practicing Christian with a servant-leader heart proven skills and experience in implementing strategic plans that champion Christian education and build lasting legacy in the lives of the students entrusted to the College.
