Job Title: CT Technologist (Allied)

Location: Duluth Georgia
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 4x10-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $2846 Weekly Gross

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Duluth Georgia. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures with precision and efficiency ensuring high-quality imaging results and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans for inpatient outpatient and emergency department patients.
Assist in CT-guided procedures and ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
Verify patient identification and review clinical history prior to imaging.
Operate CT scanners and related equipment according to established standards.
Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists as needed.
Maintain accurate patient and imaging records within the EMR system.
Ensure equipment cleanliness and readiness for each procedure.
Follow departmental policies for infection control and patient safety.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required.
Certifications:
- BLS certification (required).
- ARRT (CT) certification (required).
Technical Skills: Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
Strong knowledge of CT protocols and radiation safety standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Holiday Requirements:

Candidates must be available to work:

One (1) Major Holiday: Christmas Day or New Years Day
One (1) Minor Holiday: Christmas Eve or New Years Eve
