Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eye care
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams customer service and sales
- ABO certification with managerial experience in both medical office and retail optical settings.
- A solid understanding of the requirements of a small business along with the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed them.
- Proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office EMR systems and the latest optical equipment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish would be desirable but is not required.
