Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Building Design Structural Engineer to join our clients rapidly growing engineering team located in West Austin. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay excellent benefits and significant opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will hold an EIT certification or a recent PE license with hands-on experience in Revit and the structural design of commercial municipal educational or multifamily buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop structural systems for commercial municipal and educational buildings using Revit
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
Collaborate with internal teams architects and project owners to deliver high-quality designs
Attend project meetings and assist Professional Engineers with design documentation
Provide outstanding customer service and proactive communication throughout all project phases

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree a plus)
Minimum of 2 years of structural engineering experience in building design (commercial municipal retail or residential)
EIT certification required; PE license preferred
Proficiency in Revit or a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated detail-oriented and eager to grow in a collaborative environment
