What Theyre Looking For

Our clients Engineering Team in San Antonio TX is seeking a MEP Revit Technician to assist in the creation of high-quality engineering drawings for education and healthcare projects. This individual will play an essential role in transforming design concepts into coordinated buildable solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented eager to learn and committed to delivering exceptional work that aligns with design intent.

What Youll Do

• Work alongside architects and engineers on integrated project teams

• Set up and maintain Revit models from project kickoff through completion

• Coordinate with MEP designers to establish sheets views and project standards

• Implement regular model updates and distribute to consultants on schedule

• Prepare and publish contract documents ensuring adherence to quality control standards

• Model MEP systems and components from markups sketches and design input

• Assist in preparing addenda revisions ASIs and record documentation

• Archive project files and maintain accurate documentation according to firm protocols

What Youll Bring

• 3 years of professional experience in drafting or design documentation

• Proficiency with Revit software is required

• Prior experience with MEP Revit modeling preferred

• A motivated detail-oriented mindset with a desire for professional growth

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers architects and project teams
