Job Summary
Drive regional freight and enjoy steady pay reliable miles and flexible home time. This linehaul fleet runs across 11 Western states giving drivers dependable freight balanced schedules and strong support. Open to both experienced and trainee CDL-A drivers.
Job Details
- Lane type: OTR Dry Van (Linehaul Regional)
- Home time: Every two weeks
- Freight type: Drop and hook live load and unload and preloads
- Operating area: UT ID NV AZ CO and surrounding Western states
- Year-round freight close to home base
- Average weekly miles: about 1900
Pay & Bonuses
- Average weekly earnings between $1300 and $1400
- Starting at $0.50 CPM up to $0.65 CPM after 6 months
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Stop pay $15 per stop

Requirements
- 21 years or older with valid CDL-A
- Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience
- At least 12 months U.S. license history
- Clean MVR and PSP no major violations in 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- No DUI in 5 years (10 if held CDL)
- Must pass DOT physical and drug testing
Trainee Program
- Recent CDL-A graduates welcome
- 46 weeks of mentor-led on-the-road training
- Minimum 120 hours from accredited CDL school
- Stable employment history with no major gaps
