Product Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Developer to join our growing team. As a Product Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and launching new energy products and services that meet the needs of our clients and align with our companys goals. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and develop product strategies

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential product opportunities

- Design and develop new energy products and services from concept to launch

- Create and maintain product specifications including features functionality and pricing

- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time

- Conduct product testing and gather feedback from customers to continuously improve product offerings

- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify areas for improvement and innovation

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for product development

- Communicate product updates and developments to internal teams and external stakeholders

- Ensure all products comply with industry regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Product Design or a related field

- 3 years of experience in product development preferably in the energy industry

- Strong understanding of product development processes and project management

- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Familiarity with energy regulations and standards

- Willingness to travel for product testing and supplier/vendor meetings
