We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Machinist to join our this hands-on role you will program set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CNC machining and programming demonstrates high attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Program set up and operate 2- and 3-axis CNC machines to produce aerospace components to specification

Perform pre-operational inspections and review blueprints manuals and dispatch specs to determine dimensions tolerances and machining sequences

Determine and execute setup and machining operations for new or complex parts
-
Conduct complex setups independently including tooling and offset adjustments
-
Operate CNC lathes and mills with precision to meet engineering drawings and customer standards
-
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure part quality and accuracy
-
Troubleshoot programming and machine issues to improve performance and efficiency
-
Maintain a safe clean and organized workspace following all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of CNC Programmer or CNC Machinist experience

High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification preferred

Proficiency with blueprint reading and precision inspection tools
-
Experience operating CNC lathes and mills
-
Proficiency in Mastercam or similar CAM software
-
Hands-on experience machining stainless steel Inconel and titanium
-
Strong attention to detail problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
