Were Looking for a Pastry Cook!
Responsibilities:

Prepare bake and present a variety of pastries desserts and breads following established recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the creation and development of new pastry and dessert menu items that complement the restaurants savory offerings.
Measure mix and organize ingredients to ensure an efficient mise en place for daily production.
Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies reporting shortages or needs in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to ensure smooth coordination during events banquets and daily restaurant operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 years of pastry or baking experience in a hotel restaurant or bakery environment.
Knowledge of pastry production methods techniques and ingredient functionality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule: This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6:00 am to 12:00 am weekends required.

Work Location: Miami South Beach FL.

Physical Demands: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to safely handle sharp tools hot surfaces and various kitchen equipment. Candidates must be able to lift and carry items weighing 15 pounds or more and work in environments with varying temperatures including hot ovens humid kitchen areas and refrigerated spaces.

Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

FSLA Classification: Non-exempt
