Product Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Developer to join our team. As a Product Developer you will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and developing new energy products and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our engineering marketing and sales teams to bring these products to market and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends in the energy industry

- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop product concepts and prototypes

- Conduct testing and gather feedback to refine and improve product designs

- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components for product development

- Create detailed product specifications and documentation for production

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging

- Work with the sales team to understand client needs and gather feedback on product performance

- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative

- Manage product timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing products to meet evolving market demands and customer needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Product Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development preferably in the energy industry

- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies

- Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
