A leading national law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its sophisticated Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Litigation practice in Wilmington.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring and/or creditors rights litigatio
- Excellent writing skills strong attention to detail and top academic credentials
- Experience supporting complex corporate restructurings including:
Debtor and creditor representations in Chapter 11 cases - Chapter 9 municipal insolvencies
- Distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings (in- and out-of-court)
- Active Delaware Bar admission (required)
