Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Cruise Planning Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others plan relaxing and memorable cruise vacations. You will work in a fully remote environment assisting clients and supporting our travel team with planning and coordination.
Responsibilities:

Research cruise destinations itineraries and onboard experiences based on client preferences.

Assist with travel arrangements including accommodations excursions and pre- or post-cruise stays.

Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to ensure their travel needs are met.

Maintain organized and accurate booking records.

Provide ongoing client support before during and after travel.

Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
