Job Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for an MEP/Loss Prevention Estimator (Fire Fighting) to handle cost estimation and tender preparation for MEP and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates and BOQs for mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting systems.
Review tender documents and ensure accurate cost analysis.
Coordinate with vendors for updated material and equipment pricing.
Support technical evaluations and tender clarifications.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10 years of experience in MEP and fire protection estimation.
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local regulations.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.

Contract: 12 Months
