Job Summary

Work Setup: Full Onsite (McKinley Taguig)

HMO Package: Day 1

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

End-to end Cash application process
Payment processing: Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources including checks lockbox ACH/EFTs and credit cards.
Cash research: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.
Account reconciliation: Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.
Data entry and record-keeping: Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts collections and payment histories.

Requirements:

At least have 1.5 years relevant experience
