You will be the key contact point for our Dutch-speaking clientele providing expert multi-channel support (phone chat and email). Your daily tasks will revolve around answering product questions guiding customers through troubleshooting processes and efficiently resolving issues related to warranties and repairs for various domestic appliances. This role requires accuracy patience and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Communicating complex product information and technical instructions clearly and effectively in Dutch.
- Utilizing company systems to accurately document all customer interactions resolutions and service inquiries.
- Proactively resolving customer complaints and queries striving to find a solution during the first contact.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and address escalated issues.
- Staying updated on product specifications company services and customer care best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Language Mastery: Native or completely fluent proficiency in Dutch (C2) is a mandatory requirement.
- Internal Communication: Strong professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for training team meetings and internal processes.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented exceptionally polite and professional demeanor and adept at finding practical solutions.
Crucial Note: While previous employment in a call center or service environment is a plus it is not mandatory. We provide thorough structured training to equip you with all the necessary product and system knowledge.
Working Environment and Schedule
- Workplace: This is an on-site role located in our modern office in Lisbon Portugal.
- Hours: Shifts operate within the timeframe of 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Portuguese local time).
- Calendar: The standard work week is Monday through Saturday including required coverage on Portuguese public holidays.
- Days Off: You are guaranteed two days off per week: Sunday and one additional day that rotates during the Monday-Friday period.
- Resources: All required operational hardware and software are provided by the company.
