Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights hotels car rentals etc.).
Provide accurate information about travel options policies and destinations.
Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Handle customer interactions via phone email or chat as required.
Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance.

Requirements

Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday 08:00 AM 11:00 PM).
Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: 14 salaries annually (12 monthly salaries 1 salary on Easter 1 split between Summer and Christmas).
Performance Bonus: Based on performance metrics (details provided during the hiring process).
