Location: Athens Greece (Remote & On-Site Options)
Schedule: 09:00 19:00 Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Contract: Permanent Full-time (40h/week 8h/day 5 days/week)

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Czech & English

Assist with account inquiries troubleshooting and product guidance

Handle complaints efficiently and provide accurate information

Maintain customer records and follow support processes

Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve service quality
Requirements
Native / Fluent Czech
Good command of English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
