About the Role:
Were looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join an international Customer Support team in this role youll provide top-quality service to customers resolve inquiries efficiently and ensure a great customer experience all while working in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat and email

Assist with product account and service-related questions

Provide clear helpful and professional communication

Handle issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:

Spanish: C2 level
-
English: B2 level
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive and customer-focused mindset
-
Must have the necessary documents to legally work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit)

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Working Schedule:
Monday-Sunday 08:00-23:00 (rotational shifts)
