What Youll Do:

Assist customers via chat phone and email regarding bookings cancellations and general inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and accuracy
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

German C1/C2 English B2 or higher
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and adaptability
Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit)

Working Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 - 18:30
Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 - 19:30
