Role & Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone email and/or chat ensuring a smooth and professional interaction.
- Fully own customer queries until resolution maintaining high satisfaction and accuracy.
- Use internal systems to record track and escalate cases as needed and contribute insights for process improvement.
- Adhere to quality compliance and productivity targets; collaborate with colleagues and share feedback for continuous optimisation.
- Stay updated on product/service changes customer behaviour and support trends and assist in training or knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements

Native or C2-level Spanish.

Good command of English (minimum B2).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset good at problem-solving and able to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Prior customer-service or experience in a contact-centre environment is an advantage.
- Based in Greece (or willing to relocate) and ready to work from the Athens office.
- IMPORTANT: We can only consider applicants who are EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
