Spanish-Speaking Social Media Customer Expert (Athens Greece)

Role & Key Responsibilities
- Support Spanish-speaking users via email chat and phone ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Investigate and resolve content account or policy issues with accuracy and empathy.
- Monitor user reports escalate sensitive cases and maintain compliance with internal guidelines.

Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Maintain high attention to detail while balancing efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1 level or higher) and good English (minimum B2).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service or content moderation experience is an advantage.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously.

Willing to relocate to Athens or already based in Greece.
- We can only proceed with EU citizens or individuals holding a valid EU work permit for Greece.
