German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Greece or Athens Office)

Join our dynamic international team where youll engage directly with German-speaking customers across leading brands and industrieseither remotely from anywhere in Greece or from our Athens office.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers over phone email and occasionally live chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Document every customer interaction accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate in team initiatives provide feedback and help improve processes.
- Adapt quickly to changing information systems and customer needs.
Requirements

Native or C1 level German.

Good level of English (minimum B2).

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong PC skills able to work with internet-based applications and CRM systems.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset; ability to manage process changes.
- Willingness to be based in Greece (remote anywhere in Greece or Athens office) or relocate accordingly.
- IMPORTANT: We can only proceed with EU citizens or people who have a valid EU work permit for Greece.
