About the Role
Are you a native Czech speaker with a passion for digital advertising and a flair for sales Join us in beautiful Athens as an Ad-Sales Specialist (Czech speakers) for a global leader in customer engagement. Youll be part of an international team using cutting-edge ad-tech tools to help clients grow all while enjoying a vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle. Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients (agencies and advertisers) via phone chat and email.
- Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach ensuring timely follow-up.
- Identify sales opportunities and present tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyse and optimise client marketing campaigns monitoring performance and success metrics.
- Execute digital campaigns on behalf of clients and act proactively when trends or issues arise.

Refer clients to specialist teams when further expertise is required.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by promoting the effective use of advertising products.
Requirements

Native level Czech and fluent in English.

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in a commercial setting.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business mindset with commercial awareness and target-oriented approach.

High reliability team spirit and willingness to learn quickly.

IT-literate tech-interested and able to prioritise a varied workload.

Confident in problem-solving and handling unique client situations.
